Working together, Hopi, Navajo and environmental organizations force the closure of a major polluting coal plant in Nevada. Many Tribes are now taking the lead by constructing large wind turbine projects on their own lands. What we find is that their traditional values toward conservation and the earth are also solutions for the rest of America's energy dilemma. |
