In America, Miss America is the star guest for the launch of a national programme teaching America's teens that the best way to stay healthy and safe is to just say no to sex. More and more teens are pledging themselves to abstinence programmes - signing up to save themselves for marriage. This film tells the story of the gang of kids who take to the road to help Denny run the Silver Ring Thing abstinence pledge programmes and rallies, and finds out why they want to spread the word. With abstinence taught in some schools rather than sex education lessons, it also asks whether it now means that a generation of kids are getting their sex education from the street and the media rather than the classroom.
